Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required for the following conditions: less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, no show / missed appointment, late arrivals - arriving late for a service will require shortening the length of the session.

In addition to the above policy, a client needing to reschedule their appointment multiple times (before the 48-hour window) will incur a $25 rescheduling fee for each occurrence. Online classes and gift cards are non-refundable.
